At just 24 years old, I took a leap of faith and opened Prodigy Hair Salon in the heart of Columbiana, Alabama. Today, our close-knit team of six passionate professionals is completely dedicated to helping every guest look and feel beautiful. Behind the chair, my favorite part of this industry is delivering the deep personal confidence that comes with a fresh style.

When I am not at the salon, my time is spent with my husband and our three children, who keep family values at the center of everything I do. Whether you are visiting us for a simple maintenance refresh or a total transformation, I cannot wait to welcome you into the Prodigy family.

Kaelee is an independent stylist at Prodigy Hair Salon. She specializes in blonding, hair extensions, bridal and special occasion styling, including homecoming and prom hair, while offering a full range of hair services to meet her clients’ needs.

Outside the salon, Kaelee enjoys fishing, traveling, gardening, baking sourdough bread, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Presley and Hank. She also proudly cares for their flock of five chickens.

Meet the youngest member of the Prodigy family—our baby stylist, Kaitlin! At just 18 years old, she’s already well on her way to building an incredible career in the beauty industry.

Kaitlin graduated from the Blacksburg High School Cosmetology Program in Virginia, where she completed her cosmetology training and earned her license before even graduating high school. Originally from Shelby County, Alabama, she recently made her way back home and joined the Prodigy team.

She’s always had a love for beautiful hair, horses, and the perfect highlight. What she enjoys most about this industry is helping people feel confident, beautiful, and loving their hair again.

While Kaitlin isn’t accepting her own clients just yet, you’ll see her throughout the salon assisting our stylists, helping with color applications, shampoos, blowouts, treatments, and making sure every guest has a great experience. She’s soaking up as much knowledge as she can every day, and we can’t wait to watch her grow into an amazing stylist.
