Prodigy Hair Salon enforces a strict structural appointment policy to protect the schedules of our team and our guests. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled time slot to ensure our team can manage their days effectively.
If you are a no call, no show, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. We understand that personal emergencies happen, but this procedure exists to guarantee that our professional stylists are fairly compensated for the open time lost in their work day. Without a proper warning notice, our front desk is unable to book a waiting client into that vacant slot, resulting in lost income for our team members.
